Subacute Care

The Centers' subacute care is provided by an interdisciplinary team whose goal is to restore residents to their maximum potential. The program is designed for those who require medically complex services, postoperative and intesive, short-term rehabilitation. We provide quality medical care in a less costly, more homelike setting. Medical service capabilites include:
