The CentraState Healthcare System Advantage
Because Applewood Estates is part of the award-winning CentraState Healthcare System, residents are assured of receiving superior health and wellness services, including the expertise of board-certified physicians and clinicians. In fact, board-certified family physicians with additional training in geriatrics make weekly visits to Applewood Estates and CentraState's other senior residences. The physicians are on staff at CentraState Medical Center and serve as instructors for the geriatric care component of CentraState's Family Medicine Residency Program. There is no additional charge to residents and patients for these on-site physician visits.

Our gym is staffed by board-certified CentraState therapists who specialize in senior rehabilitation care.
On-Site Health Clinic
Applewood Estates’ on-site health clinic offers high quality medical care right here in our community. Open during regular business hours, our clinic offers in-house medical services without having to leave the community--so important when you aren’t feeling quite up to par.
