At AristaCare at Alameda Center for Rehabilitation and Care, we have been caring for patients for over thirty years. We are located in Middlesex County, and serve all of New Jersey. Many patients come from near and far because of our unique high level clinical and specialty programs. Whether patients are being admitted for subacute rehabilitation, post surgery care, or long term care, our nursing department is highly qualified to care for all our patients needs. Under the auspices of our medical director Dr. Harold McKenna, our specialized units allow us to care for our patients in a unique environment best suited for their individual needs. Our Center encourages family members to be actively involved with the progress and care of their loved ones.

AristaCare at Alameda Center is a privately owned, two hundred and fifty bed, sub acute rehabilitation and nursing care Center. We are located in downtown Perth Amboy, NJ. Formerly known as the Perth Amboy Nursing Home, AristaCare at Alameda Center acquired new management in 2005, and has undergone extensive renovations that have enhanced our ability to serve our patients and their families as well as keep our resources state-of-the-art. We are proud to offer the incorporation of exceptional high level care together with a beautiful home-inspired setting. We take pride in our 30 year reputation as a leader in rehabilitation and sub cute care, and are looking forward to setting new standards in rehabilitation excellence.

AristaCare at Alameda Center is addressing the needs of the community by offering specialty clinical programs such as peritoneal dialysis and cardiac telemetry monitored rehab, and the diverse multi-cultural needs by offering a special program for both Indian and Hispanic patients.
