Welcome to Chestnut Hill Convalescent Center, a 101 bed skilled nursing facility located in Passaic, N.J. Our staff and programs offer dedication, excellence and quality of life throughout the continuum of care. In addition to offering skilled nursing care, Chestnut Hill offers long-term care and assisted living.

For residents who don't need long-term care, Chestnut Hill Convalescent Center offers a sub-acute care program designed to help them reach achievable recovery goals. Our comprehensive program is tailored to meet the medical and rehabilitative needs of a variety of individuals with different abilities.
Specialized care is provided by an attending physician and experienced therapists. The treatment team assigned to each patient includes a physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist and recreation therapist, who develop individualized treatment plans.
