Long Term Care
Families who chose Clark Nursing Rehabilitation Center do so with peace of mind. One visit will reveal a comfortable, inviting, expertly run facility that is well-equipped to handle your loved one's every need. Everyone, including the Medical Director, your attending physician, the nursing staff, social workers, therapists, dieticians, as well as you and your family member, takes an active roll in setting goals and developing a program that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of the individual.
Residents enjoy large, attractively furnished private or semi-private rooms with their own bath. We encourage residents to personalize their rooms with photos and other mementoes. Our four story building offers well-appointed dining and activities rooms on each floor where residents gather for companionship, entertainment, and fine dining. We take great pride in the quality and presentation of our meals. Special preferences in diet or dietary restrictions can be easily accommodated.

Comprehensive Services
The Subacute Unit at Clark Nursing and Rehabilitation Center admits patients for short lengths of stay for specialized treatment and transitional rehabilitation services. All programs focus on achieving each individual’s maximum functional independence. Active discharge planning begins on admission and continues as the resident progresses. Discharge goals may include return home or alternate care sites.
