Delaire Nursing & Convalescent Center is a 280 bed skilled nursing facility, located conveniently in Linden, NJ. Delaire offers a wide variety of services and programs, including a 30 bed Subacute/ Transitional care unit, 40 Assisted Type Living (CPCH) beds, a program for cognitively impaired individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's/Dementia, and Long Term Care.
Our Mission
The mission of Delaire Nursing and Convalescent Center is to provide excellent high quality services which are focused on resident comfort, dignity, emotional well-being and the highest quality of life that can be achieved or maintained in the most appropriate setting. Delaire Nursing and Convalescent Center’s performance of excellence is demonstrated through resident care, education, and health promotion. We perform all functions in a cost-effective manner with respect for the sensitivity, individuality, and the dignity of human life. We will strive to create an atmosphere that promotes education of our residents, staff, families, and the community. Delaire offers a separate subacute wing. We begin planning for discharge on the day the patient arrives. Treatment is designed to help each patient achieve his/her highest level of function and quality of life.

Subacute Rehab Services
Our Subacute Rehabilitation Services address diverse conditions resulting from debilitating illnesses and injuries that may be a result of:
Neurological conditions, such as stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, and Parkinson's Disease
