Elmora Hills accepts admissions seven days a week. Admissions are subject to bed availability, but we make every effort to expedite all requests.
We appreciate advance notification, but we understand that in certain situations it is not possible. Ultimately it is the well being of the patient that is paramount.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and a number of insurance plans, as well as private pay. Our Director of Admissions will help you with insurance and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and can assist you in determining eligibility as well as maximizing your benefits.
Our staff works closely with hospitals, doctors, discharge planners and social workers to ensure a smooth and easy transfer to Elmora Hills.
Elmora Hills is a modern and comfortable facility. Our tastefully decorated and appointed accommodations are all equipped with lavatories; television, cable, and phone service are available.
Elmora Hills also offers an internet lounge, so residents can manage their banking and business, or enjoy some leisure time on the computer. Wi-Fi service is available throughout the facility as well. Our large and airy activity rooms, outdoor patio, and comfortable lounge area, make Elmora Hills the ideal setting for recuperation and healing.
Elmora Hills’ spacious dining hall has an inviting ambience that enhances the dining experience. Our culinary staff provides delicious and health conscious meals and snacks, and offers a variety of menu options. Elmora Hills’ registered dietitian assesses each patient’s specific needs and concerns, and dietary restrictions are accommodated. Religious dietary laws are observed as well.
For our residents’ convenience, we provide a full range of medical and social services, such as podiatric, ophthalmologic, pharmaceutical, psychological, and diagnostic laboratory work. Religious services are available as well.
