The Oceanview campus offers a variety of care options in a country environment. Oceanview Center for Rehabilitation and Continuing Care is a 120 bed facility providing both subacute care and long term care services. In addition there is The Residence at Oceanview, a licensed 56 bed assisted living facility. We are located in Cape May County, New Jersey.

Our Mission
To provide nurturing and supportive healthcare focused on resident/ patient comfort, dignity, and the highest quality of life that can be achieved or maintained in the most appropriate setting. Whether it's the Assisted Living Center or the Nursing Care Center, we strive to create an atmosphere of peaceful warmth and caring that makes our facility a better place in which to live, recuperate and age gracefully.

Oceanview Center offers a separate subacute wing for those here only for short-term while receiving specialized rehabilitation or nursing services. We begin planning for discharge on the day the patient arrives. Both the patient and the family are encouraged to participate in the discharge planning meetings. Treatment is designed to help each patient achieve his/her highest level of function and quality of life, and to be as efficient and cost-effective as possible to move the patient toward discharge.
