Pine Brook Care Center, a 132 bed nursing and rehabilitation facility, offers various specialized services for the geriatric population. Situated in historic Englishtown, New Jersey, Pine Brook is a calm oasis, featuring beautiful outdoor gardens, two atriums, a large activity room and an elegant dining room.

Pine Brook provides a full range of services to its' residents and family members. With our staff of professionals, we provide skilled nursing care and sub acute rehabilitation. Our recreation staff provides a wide variety of programming designed to enhance the quality of life of each individual in our care. Transitions is a newly renovated, state of the art, unit at Pine Brook Care Center. We provide a secure medical environment for cognitively impaired and behaviorally challenged individuals. Staffed with trained, caring and experienced professionals.
