St. Ann’s Home has been providing care for the elderly since 1911 and
we take pride in the care we offer to our residents and their families.
St. Ann’s is a Roman Catholic Nursing Home sponsored by the Sisters
of St. Joseph of Peace. The home accepts residents without regard to
Race, Color, Religion, or National origin, Handicap, or Sexual
Preference. Care is provided in a completely modern facility with many
amenities to make our residents feel "At Home"

NURSING SERVICES
St. Ann’s Home For The Aged in Jersey City sponsored by the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Peace is a state of the art 120-bed Long Term Care Facility with all beds Medicare and Medicaid certified.
Since its inception, St. Ann’s Home has built a reputation as an excellent skilled nursing facility with a warm and caring environment. The Nursing Department of St. Ann’s Home has a dedicated staff of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants 24 hours a day seven days a week who take pride in their work to ensure that each resident receives the best personal care possible aimed at achieving and maintaining each residents highest potential and level of independence. We offer a wide range of services and programs including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, IV Therapy, Oxygen Therapy, Tracheostomy Care, Wound Care, Dialysis Care, Catheter Care, Alzheimer’s disease Program, Palliative Care, Positioning Program, Cactus Program, Ambulation and Park and Dine Program, and Falling Star Program; each one tailored to our residents’ specific needs.
At St. Ann’s Home we give special attention to each resident’s previous living pattern and individual requests allowing them to control as many aspects of their daily living as possible. Each resident is also encouraged to bring in as many personal items as space permits allowing for the “home-ness†atmosphere that we strive to maintain. We also have in place a care delivery system called the “Cluster System†in which our goal is to have better communication, timely resolution of all resident needs and concerns, and take a more individualized approach to care.
